About Domino's Blooms

Welcome to Domino's Blooms! My name is Maria and I would like to introduce myself to all who come across my flower shop page. My love for flowers has been present at a young age. Fast forward 30 years and in comes Debra Hill, my mentor. She took me under her wing and made me into the florist I am today.  I worked under her wings for about 10 years, and in this short time she taught me all the perks and hardship of floral design. Debra after some time passed suddenly, as devastating as her passing was it only inspired me more to take a chance on myself. I was blessed to of known this sweet family and to mine they are family too. Debra's daughter heard that I was finally taking the chance to open my own flower shop. In hearing so, she knew how much Debra and floral design meant to me and she donated all of Debra's floral supplies... after that it was pretty clear what the Lord was telling me to do. So against all odds I perservered to start my own business, not just to make money but to honor Debra's memory.

I wanted my shop to stand out and I knew I wanted to incorporate my best friend and companion for 15 years, our Dalmatian Labrador mix Domino. We adopted Domino when we was a puppy, from Acton Friends for Animals. Still to this day they say he was the only dalmatian to ever come through their shelter. Its safe to say that he was a memorable dog. He loved butterflies and laying out in the grass. Domino and my daughter Ana grew up together. Their bond was beautiful, he was our family. He passed in 2016 and we knew that we wanted to honor him in a special way. The Lord called us to this choice, this wonderful new journey.

We are always willing to help anyone, no matter their budget, trying to find specifically what they are looking for. Even if it is after cutoff time (if possible) and we only carry the best quality flowers all year round!

In all we do, we can humble ourselves in serving our community and without our customers we would not be able to live our dream.

Meet the Team!

Lola and I are our full time floral designers, we love to sing and dance around the shop when we are doing what we love.
 Ana, (my oldest child) is our "Chaos coordinator" she handles a little bit of everything, from receiving orders, handling incoming and outgoing calls, managing our social media and too much more to list...

Luisa, (my youngest) is our part time floral designer. On the down time she is not in her classes she is here designing arrangements too.
Jim is our delivery driver, there's nothing that he enjoys more than delivering happiness along the way.
